Declare your topic (and use LaTeX)

Submit a file stating:

• Who you are and who your master thesis advisor will be.
• What your topic (final report title) will be for DAT390 and, if they are both already known but not the same, what your topic will be for the master thesis.
• A few sentences explaining what is meant by the title of your DAT390 report (just as much as you think is needed to understand it).

In addition to this, please have a look at the way the literature review submission is specified. Do you see the need for further clarification, should it be specified differently or is any important information missing? If that is the case, please explain - many thanks!

The submitted file should be in PDF format. Please at least attempt to prepare it using LaTeX:

• Use the LaTeX article class with 11pt font size in A4 paper format.
• Use the DAT390 report topic title as document title, the few sentences explaining the topic as the abstract, and anything else as normal text in the document body.

If you do not manage to prepare the document with LaTeX, use any other tool, but then include a brief statement why/how it did not work with LaTeX.

It is not a requirement for the master thesis advisor to be faculty from data science (or even REALTEK). It could happen that we then suggest somebody from data science (or REALTEK) in cases where that appears to make sense.
